Location was perfect, the room was not small, everything was perfect

Location is superb AC ++ specially when it’s a hot day

The receptionist refused to issue me an invoice nevertheless that in my booking form was stated that I want an invoice and details of my company were given. I received an invoice only for the amount paid for the city tax.

appealing reception area staff at front desk and the bar. Enjoyed my favourite champagne by the glass. Central to the trains station, shops and restaurant It has a beautiful smell that is distinct and not the nauseating hotel smell with carpets. The room was ready before 3pm and was upgraded to a bigger room - that was considerate

The maintenance work even though we were fore warned. Delay in the cleaning of my room

Hotel muito bom, confortável e limpo. Café da manhã padrão internacional, com diversas opções. A localização perfeita para conhecer os principais pontos da cidade à pé mesmo.

The location is very good, around 100-200 meters, there are several public transportation lines. And Coop, Marno are around here.

The bathtub is narrow and high, not convenient to old age guest.

Хороший отель, расположение отличное , напротив вокзал и весь транспорт. До набережной пять минут пешком. Отель после ремонта, чистый, свежий , хороший завтрак и ресторан внизу тоже понравился. Персонал вежливый. По сравнению со многими четверками в Женеве Warwick значительно лучше, не нафталиновый, как многие.
