"Wonderful, helpful staff."

Another enjoyable stay at the Ramada. The reception staff were very helpful after we lost our cases in the baggage handlers strike at Brussels Airport. They went online for us and registered the lose of our cases with Brussels Airlines and, subsequently, let me go online to check my emails to see whether our cases had been found. They hadn't, and still haven't been found nearly two weeks after landing at Brussels Airport! The reception staff also identified shops where we could purchase essentials (change of clothing, toiletries, etc, etc). Thanks to all involved. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful.

"IN A GOOD AREA, CLOSE TO ALL OSTEND HAS TO OFFER"

I had a room on the 6th floor which suffered from what sounded like an electrical motor quietly humming away in the early hours. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Have stayed at the Ramada before and it is a good value hotel, clean friendly and central to all attractions.Only downside is the cost of Hotel parking if you cannot find any street parking. The breakfast is adequate and the Happy Hour is very good! Would have no hesitation returning.

very good value for your money, cheap room rate and the room was very nice. very good bed, TV, wifi, nice breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about. The location is pretty good too, next to the casino and stones throw from shopping streets. there is a night shop around the corner.

"Our latest stay at The Ramada, Ostend"

My previous comments on the hotel still apply. Another enjoyable stay. However, I have to say that I was very surprised that the hotel are now charging extra for smoking rooms. Smokers are the most discriminated against and over taxed groups and to be charged extra for hotel rooms is very disappointing.
