"Excellent service"

Enjoyed our two nights at the Ramada, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was dark but adequate although we had booked a double, we got a twin. Breakfast was much better than expected and was better than most 4* establishments. We will return

"Pleasantly surprised first time of many"

Myself and wife could not fault this Hotel at all, we went 03/12/2013 for 2 nights for the first time and as i am in a wheelchair we had a wheelchair friendly room and could not fault that either. The staff are nice and polite always their to help no matter what. The Hotel itself is spotless as is the room. It is conveniently placed near to all the shops. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

"Lovely stay close to all amenities"

We stayed at the Ramada for convenience to the town centre and closeness to Brugge for the Xmas Market, (15 minutes by train). The hotel staff were very welcoming and gave us good advice about trains, buses and the local area. The breakfast was very good with something for everyone. I must admit the hotel foyer, bar and breakfast area were superior compared to the rooms but they were clean, just a little outdated. We would definetly stay here again.

"Ostend. A good location for a weekend break."

The Ramada Hotel is well situated in the centre of Ostend. The staff are very helpful, and we were remembered from our previous visit. The sea front and quay are both within a short walk. A trip on the coastal tram is highly recommended.

"great location happy hour and friendly staff"

Have stayed at Ramada many times before and the only issue is that during busy times the wait for the lifts can be a long while particularly if you are waiting on the 9th floor. Overall very good value hotel

"Good location but poor hotel"

Hotel was very seedy and run down compared with average 3 star. Lady at reception was rude and didn't make us welcome. Said we would have to pay €20 just to park our car. Only good thing was the breakfast which was offered in buffet version

"I would not stop here again"

The rooms were small, bathroom not very clean and very small. Parking at 20 Euro a night. Location good. Breakfast was good, best bit about stating there, excellent coffee.
