A very nice clean hotel which is dead handy for the toen centre and the Coast tram stop which is almost right outside. The new rooms at the rear of the hotel are clean and very well presented.

Very clean and tidy, with welcoming staff, the rooms at the rear have all been renovated, so are the ones to ask for. Breakfast selection good, but should have been kept hotter.

"great location"

The hotel is in the city centre close to the main shopping centre and the beach, staff great and the breakfast good. As for the hotel it is in badly in need of a complete update, powdered milk with the coffee and tea in the room we were mot impressed.

"very noisy from other rooms, banging doors, not as"

I had about 2 hours sleep a night due to noise from other guests and constant banging of doors. Walls were paper thin and I could hear everything (yes everything!) that was happening in next door rooms. The room I was given was nothing like the photo of the rooms on the website. mine was very tired looking, no aircon, booked for a double bed and was given a twin. Would never stay at this hotel again. The only good thing about it was its' location
