Hilton Anatole

I am a medical pilot, and am away from home for eight days at a time, averaging roughly 208 days/year in hotels. I had previously all but sworn-off Hilton, for a variety of reasons. I ended up arriving at this hotel in the middle of the night, and I was immediately taken care of. I felt instantly at ease on property, and especially given that this was my first time here. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was modern and clean, and the restaurant offered a very delicious breakfast and lunch menu. The construction of the hotel is beautiful, and the amenities are great. I find the 24-hour convenience store with an embedded Starbucks to be a wonderful perk. Because of my experience at this property, and this property alone, I will be renewing my Diamond status this year and re-opening my relationship with Hilton. Great location, great property, and top-tier staff!

Love the location and how beautiful the property is. The rooms were nice and spacious. I went for a work conference but would love to come back to experience the full amenities! The only thing that needs updating is the shower / drain. Still a 5/5 stars for me!

I always enjoy my sat at Hilton properties! The rooms are wonderful, the showers are the best!! The staff always makes you feel like a VIP!!! Lawanda that works at the Anatole location in Dallas is an absolute jem and human being!!!!

My experience was great. Lawanda was very helpful. I was attending a conference when a button that came off of my jacket. She was able to help save me but sewing back on my button. While she was helping me she share with me about the travel packages. I plan on going to another conference so she was able to help me save time and money by booking my hotel package now.

The rooms were great and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lawanda with the vacation club helped us booked our next vacation.

First they couldn’t find my reservation. Kept saying it was canceled. Girl at front desk was very hard to understand. Her English was not very good. The cost for self parking and for valet both went up magically for the time we were there for a conference from listed cost. We were in the atrium tower. The room was very old and outdated. Beds were supposed to be queen beds but were very small. Also VERY uncomfortable. The A/C would turn off in the middle of the night as if on a motion sensor. The minute you would get up and move in the room it would magically turn on. The automatic 20% gratuity on all checks was not very appropriate. A lot of time it was not deserved at all! others deserved more. But because of the hotels decision to automatically add 20% they didn’t get what they might have deserved. Over all not a very pleasant stay. Will not recommend anyone stay at your property.

This is our absolute favorite hotel to stay at while in Dallas! It is always a top tier experience. There are so many amenities, it feels like a resort and you really dont need to leave the hotel for anything. The Jade Waters pool is amazing and a huge hit for the family. The hotel is family friendly, always clean and great customer service. The gym, spa and huge lawn with games; tables, etc. are all fantastic. Highly recommend

Checking in was a miserable experience -and took 1 hour and 23 mins, with tired hungry kids,, their complicated check in process sucks. the The hotel reception is severely understaffed. Staff at the hotel restaurant were rude and not accommodating when we tried to get a table. For a ‘kid friendly hotel’ it fell far short. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to friends
