I would like to recognize one of your bartenders, Dylan. On Saturday afternoon, we were in a lull between a wedding ceremony and wedding reception. With the main bar being full, we found a smaller bar near the Starbucks where we could talk, watch the USA soccer game, and have a few cocktails. Unfortunately, there was not a designated bartender, and the barista shared she could only serve beer and wine. I chose wine. Dylan happened to show up, and heard us ask for an old fashioned. He had not even started his shift, and was even bartending another bar for the night. He took care of us, making our drinks and taking orders from other customers. He didn’t have to, he chose to… helping his peers and the customers seeking the actual bar. Dylan even popped back and forth for a couple of hours to make sure everyone was doing ok, picking up new orders, and refilling the empties; all with a pleasant attitude and swiftness of multi-tasking.
