I visited here on a work conference. My first room had a broken door lock to the adjoining room which made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, since there was a major conference being held all the rooms were booked expect a suite. Which I had to pay the upgrade fee for even tho their locks were broken And the door wouldn’t even close. I was frustrated by that. However, the hotel itself was beautiful and the suite was very nice. Customer service could be better but the pool, the rooms, the conference area, and all the restaurants were absolutely wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay! Very comfortable and accessible! What made my stay even better was meeting Meka Kupoluyi! She was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me and my husband a Hawaiian vacation! She made the process very easy and comfortable! She is truly great!

I was trying to use my Iphone to order room service because I am sick with walking pneumonia. It did not work. I called the front desk and asked could I give my credit card number to get food sent to my room. She said, no, we can not do that, you will have to come down and get it your self. So upset because I am hungry and sick. I tried to use my laptop to order food and that would not work either. I tried over and over and could not get it to work on my computer which is a Mac.

My family and I were in Dallas for a couple nights. We chose this hotel as we wanted a hotel in the downtown area and we wanted a nice pool area for the kids. While our stay was okay, I believe this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The hotel also "nickel and dimes" you in fees - resort fees, parking fees, etc. We stayed in the Atrium and if we wanted to upgrade to the towers, we could do so for an additional $80 per night. We chose to stay in the Atrium, and it was clean, but a bit dated. When we booked, we didn't realize the full water park was not open which was unfortunate. They did have the outdoor pool/bar open, but it was not well maintained. There was a lot of debris in the pool and there wasn't much for staff to pick up garbage/towels/etc. around the pool. While these aren't huge issues, for the price point of the hotel we expected a little more. The staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant, we liked the Starbucks in the hotel, and the atrium lobby was beautiful. It wasn't a horrible experience, but we likely will stay elsewhere in the future.
