"Two glorious nights at the French Quarter"

Beautiful king superior room with deck. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quite cool. Only thing is the shower does not have a door to close.

"Loved our stay"

This hotel was so beautiful. We had an event at house of blues and this hotel is directly across the street. The staff were so kind, hotel is easy to get in and out of. Parking is very easy. Hotel was very quiet and the room was huge. Cynthia at the front desk remembered us by name when we checked out, which meant a lot. Parking attendants were kind and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

You are required to request room service...we did...nothing was done! In room coffee was not refilled, bathroom not cleaned, bed not made and no towels replaced...we had to down and get two pool towels...pretty rediculous.

"An enjoyable stay while conducting midweek business in New Orleans"

I was in New Orleans for three days of business travel, and had a wonderful stay at the Bienville House. The staff, in particular Beverly at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and attentive. And my room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, unexpected and relaxing.

This hotel was great. My only gripes would be that they don’t have a microwave and it got unusually hot at night without seemingly fixable with adjusting the thermostat.
