We unfortunately had to change rooms twice due to a cleaning issue and then a maintenance issue. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall good stay, but the attention to detail was missing in places.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Always willing to help , tell you nice places to go etc . The room itself could use a deep clean especially the shower with some bleach. Was also disappointed there wasn’t at least a continental breakfast that’s advertised, then to be told it stopped since Covid, hopefully the Covid card can stopped being used , for it’s been 5 years. The location was great walking distance to everything. Bourbon , canal street, the river…..overall our stay was great.

"Great location and value"

Visit was perfect. Parking and check in were easy, room was clean and cold. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 15 minute walk. Staff was friendly, bar drinks were good although I’m not a tiki drink fan.. still quality cocktails and a great bartender.
