Oldie but goodie , very clean room, no AC in the elevator and bed was very clean and comfortable.

Staff was nice, room was clean. But it was windowless, and in shabby condition. Very Loud neighbors.

I liked it's uniqueness. It was quite and had old time charm to its room. The room and bathroom was spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. I loved the l.e.d lighted mirror in the bathroom, as well as the overhead shower fixture. The toiletries were also an added bonus.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use the pool or restaurant that's inside. My room was spacious, and the bathroom had fluffy towels and other amenities like soap, mouthwash and led mirror, and overhead shower head. The only downside was the room had a sort of mildwe smell from the a.c unit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was also walking distance to a lot of sites in the area. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Nola.

We loved staying at this property! We upgraded to the balcony view room which we would highly recommend. Such a great view onto the streets below. This hotel is relatively quiet, but close to all the tourist places. We found lots of places to eat around this area, and would highly recommend. Staff were amazing!

Location outstanding close to everything downtown. Staff very friendly and rooms very clean and updated. Ability to access sisters hotel a major plus.

This hotel is well cared for and clean. It has a gorgeous courtyard and finish. In terms of location, style and care - it is perfect! I would stay again as it was clean, quiet and fair priced. We did have a handful of concerns though. We did not find the hotel to be very welcoming or friendly. It seemed like we were the only people in the hotel, yet we were in small rooms without windows. They gave us a king bed for 3 grown adults. While we are small, this seemed very odd to us. And not sure why that was being offered or we would have appreciated having rooms with a window or beds that suit 3 adults given the quietness of the hotel. I wished that we had found it more helpful when we asked questions or arrived with baggage. It feels like this hotel could be a stand out, yet just fell a little short in terms of customer service.

I stayed at this hotel with my baby and I felt very safe. Very clean. Staff is very kind.

We went to New Orleans for our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. I've stayed at the Bienville House many times. They did not disappoint. Friendly staff clean fresh rooms plus in the heart of the French Quarter. It's New Orleans!
