THE HOTEL IS LOCATION IS GREAT, IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.

BREAKSFAST TOO EXPENSIVE IT IS NOT WORTHY THAT MOUCH, THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO CHECK THAT, I TOOK A SHOWER AT NIGHT AND WE WERE RUNNING OUT OF HOT WATER.

"Avoid if cleanliness is important"

We reserved this hotel for a week and left after the first night (we would have left sooner but it was too dark and late). The front desk staff is nice (Makayla truly tried to improve our experience). That said, the rooms are not clean. I will admit I am a stickler for cleanliness, but the first room had feces in the toilet. The second room had hair all over the sheets. And the third rooms bathroom sink, only the hot water handle worked and the sink would not drain. I will also agree with many other reviewers the hotel is hard to find from the Metro, there are no signs and it's very confusing. I honestly didn't think we'd have the same trouble as others since my husband is great with navigation, however it took us several tries to locate entrance (which isn't fun with luggage after a long day of traveling). I highly recommend booking a hotel near the Wharf. It's still convenient to everything and the atmosphere and hotels are much better. We ended up at the Intercontinental and are extremely happy.

Big room for 4 people, nice location, comfortable beds, responsive front desk.

Some drawers didn't open, and there was a strange glass panel in the bathroom to the room. When light is on in the bathroom, it lights up the room.
