Location and rooms are great!!! Value not so good! Atmosphere ok! Customer service is sorry!!!!! Booked direct online for me by my company. They sent a message for digital check in which did not work. Customer service says go to the desk. They want original card and it was at headquarters. Nothing they can do. However you can’t cancel redemption or they bill the card they would not accept since did not have the original copy. Customer service stated use another card tonight and my company could send a card authorization form tomorrow. Front desk states no because it has to be done three days in advance. Sorry service!!!!!!!!!

The cleanliness was consistent, the room quiet and not too cold as often happens. The buffet was tasty and the service was helpful with little things that make a difference. Great bed and great concierge help from Ana and the other hostess we spoke with.

I liked continental breakfast. There was a large selection including bagels, salmon, and cream cheese. There are fast food restaurants in the basement area. The hotel is near to the wharf in one direction and near to National Mall in other direction. We walked to see cherry blossoms in Tidal Basin. For walking the neighborhood around the hotel was clean and pleasant and felt safe.

I didn't like the shower in our room. Water pressure was too low, but we managed.
