Challenging to get your key card in the slot for The elevator when on the 2nd floor - had to take the ‘scenic’ route to our floor multiple times

I love this hotel! But I ended up paying more for a smaller room and not much of a view from the one window I had.

Service is slow everyone was pleasant, but too busy,. I guess not enough staff. I've never had a problem at this hotel before.

"Went for a romantic getaway with my husband. Hotel was very nice, but the rooms are very outdated and need to be upgrade"

Very nice staff. Rooms outdated. Carpet dirty. TV is very old and you can tell things are just worn down. For a five star hotel I expect a lot more.
