Quality Inn Springboro West

We arrived shortly after 4 and 1 of our rooms was not ready. The room was ready was damaged, smelled damp and had mold No one was ever at front desk Very noisy especially because doors did not close properly. Breakfast was very poor. I did not have anything i could eat. Website was very deceitful

The property could improve drastically with a little maintenance and loving care. Examples are: Lobby drinking fountain shoots a small stream of water 5’ into the air. The stain on the ceiling indicates it has been this way for a long time. Wall paper and drywall could easily be patched or repaired in a manner to make it look professionally managed. The breakfast eating room trash lid looked completely filthy for all five days we were there. At the beginning of the week, we had small servings of yogurt, but not the last half. A more major expense would be to replace the carpet which looked quite soiled and old. We stayed at Quality Inns at Payson, Utah and St George, Utah. These both were pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, this Quality Inn was not even close to the same standard.

I have these comments backwards. The price was very good and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The rooms were relatively clean.

This one has gone downhill since our last stay. Kind of in a run down condition, not so clean. Needs to do pest control.

Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had

Very dirty and room smells bad cigarette the tub not draining, trash outside the doors for days no one pick it up, the receptionist customer not good. Carpet dirty door knob broken

Nothing it was a bad experience hot tub in room didn't work the room smelled bad never got clean towels tv speaker on TV is bad and couldn't get the room cool over all a very bad stay.

This hotel has no elevator. The stairwell smelled so bad we had to hold our breath. The pool seemed to have only a single working light. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. Our first room had one dirty comforter and one with a large hole. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall and there was clearly mold behind it. We asked to move to a different room and were accommodated quickly. The second room seemed better. The breakfast was a pretty poor selection. Waffles, yes, but no other hot food and no bagles. Because of our concerns overall regarding cleanliness we chose to eat elsewhere

Dirty, mildew smell in the halls and room, room was not clean by any standard, shower didn't work, TV only works on one channel and no volume up or down, microwave had splattered food inside, mold on ceiling above the bed, had no choice but to stay the night, soap dish had a new bar of soap in a wrapper, when I picked it up it was on top of a gooey mess of old soap.I will sleep in my car and use a gas station bathroom before I would stay in this place again.
