Quality Inn Springboro West

Location

Hotel was dirty. Breakfast room was not clean and food was sub par. Was not like other Quality Inns that I have stayed in. I assume they were understaffed. The staff that was friendly, but seemed Preoccupied.

Nothing

Cars sitting outside the door smoking drugs, broken down cats with flat tires. Garbage all over the grounds, no room number on wall, all furniture in the room is torn or stained. No dehumidifier, so sheets felt damp. This was the worst stay I've ever had.

The hotel smelled very musty! The room was worse even though ir was supposed to be a smoke free room. The sheets appeared not to be clean. The bathtub would not drain. The toilet location was mot suitable for a person with limited mobility. There was a lot of noise disturbance at night!!!

We did not stay- we left - waiting to hear from Expedia about cancellation refund

Terrible place to stay. Smells very bad and employees are very improfessiinal

The staff

I had booked a handicap accessible room. They did not give me a handicap accessible room. Instead, they gave me a room on the second floor. Which would have been fine but there was no elevators. So I had to haul myself with my bad foot up a flight of stairs. The room was clean but that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. The curtains were damaged with holes in them so the parking lot lights shined into my room all night long. On my way to check out there was a puddle of water in the floor about 8 ft long by 3 ft wide. They had put a towel down to soak it up but the towel was completely soaked and no one was attempting to mop it up or anything

The bed was hard and wasn’t really that clean and the pool was super small

Elevator didn’t work, door glass was busted out that went out to the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible. Had some type of stains on our pillowcases.
