Location only

No elevator, stair well smelled like puke, hall ways smelled of urine, bedding was stained, large holes in dry wall inside of room, ceiling were all stained from water, wall paper falling off the walls, very poor signage inside, bathroom had mold, tv had a burnt out screen. The Indian family who owned it they all lived on the second floor. Let their kids run around super early in the morning on their bikes, slamming doors. Just a total dump.

The rooms were nothing like what was portrayed on the site. No lampshade. Holes in bedspread, blackout curtains and closet door. No knob on closet door. However, had absolutely no issues when canceling our second night and getting a refund.

The place is in need of repairs and is filthy and smells like a cat litter box with urine and feces stains in the hallways and stairs. Some towels had stains on them . Definitely just a place to lay your head for the night, if you can handle the smell. No doubt that the place is pet friendly.

The room had a bad odor.

Second time staying here and it was even worse this time than the last.. The room I was in this time was soaking wet from some type of leak. The walls were crumbling, everything was wet, smelled like mold and had mold visible. Everything you touched was damp even the bed sheets. I didn't even hardly bring anything inside because the extra set of clothes I brought in was damp when I put them on after my shower after sitting on the bed for 15 minutes. The food choices was very limited and the coffee from the breakfast was all coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup.. I honestly used the gym and pool last time but this time the were so gross I couldn't. I am not having breathing issues since I left because of the mold/mildewy room. It may be a cheaper room but, you don't get what you pay for not even in the slightest.

First room they gave us had water damage and musty moldy smell. Second room was not cleaned very well in bathroom. Shower sprayed water all over in bathroom.
