Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Very good customer service.

This review is long overdue. I stayed at Four Seasons last year when I was in Austin for a friend’s wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend a room with a balcony. The in-room breakfast was delicious and on par with other FS properties. Looking forward to returning!

There is so much in STORE....when you stay at the "FOUR" Austin! This property truly does take you through all four seasons! Spring and Summer, you can sit outside on the balcony with a cocktail, a meal and fans to keep you cool. In the Fall and Winter, you can sit outside with a cocktail, a meal and a fire pit to keep you warm! Lol. Don't forget live music Thurs-Sat, to give the perfect backdrop for any networking situation. The rooms are 'four season' certified cleaned (no dust ever) and room service goes above and beyond to honor your request. Rates can be high. Drinks are expensive. But you get what you pay for....and that is undisputed here. If you enjoy luxury hotels, you will enjoy this property and look forward to your next stay! - J

My experience at the Four Seasons was delightful and impressive. They are attentive to every detail and a 6 Star hotel in a world of 5 stars. Meticulous rooms, friendly and attentive staff at every turn and the views were breathtaking. This is the hands down the best hotel experience I have had in decades. The room is smaller than other Four Seasons that I've been to, which was a bit of a surprise to me. The water is my bigger complaint. After overnight of non-use, the water chokes both at the toilet tank and vanity sink. For hotel that has so many guests, that was a surprise. Then, the shower head was is old and the water pressure is lower than expected. That was a surprised for this caliber of hotel.

Everything about this property is blissful!

This hotel is in a beautiful setting, beside the city lake. It is a superb hotel with fabulous service. We had lovely rooms with twice-daily housekeeping. The Lobby Bar is a great place to watch a game. The bar service is exceptional! The Concierge and Doormen are extremely helpful.

Bathtub would not drain and took two days to fix. Waiter had horrible greet time, was constantly standing at terminal calculating tips rather than bussing empty dishes or refilling glasses. Massage therapist made wife cry by telling her she needed to request something different from the beginning. What happened to four seasons service?

Loved the location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, comedy clubs, museums, and nature walking trails. Always greeted by the Door Attendants. (Special thanks to George and his team) . Front Desk, Joey was very helpful with our reservation and room accommodations. Again, many thanks and to his colleague Sophia. Love, Love, Love the Fig scent as you walk into the lobby. I was able to purchase a candle from the Spa with the same scent. The Spa lobby was a little small did not offer too much of a selection of retail items to purchase, maybe it was a good thing for me. Large gym with quality workout equipment. (Special thanks to the Director of Rooms, Anja) for her thoughtfulness and assistance during our stay. Knowledgeable Concierge Team. Special thanks to Ian for his restaurant suggestions. Oak Bar - Good Menu for late night snacks. Live music was ok a little too loud at times. Appreciated waiters attentiveness. Received very good service from Zoe. Housekeeping service was very good. Overall a wonderful stay, exceptional service from the staff. Thank you!

easy stay, good location and clean. The rooms are sterile but fine. The pool looked crowded and the lobby was very busy. I wouldn't stay at this hotel for relaxation but perfect for a quick trip. cocktails were delicious but small. the ice cube truly took up all the room in my glass. it was a bit ridiculous.
