Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Amazing service by all staff. Friendly without being too formal. Many amenities. Still the “ gold standard” in Austin.

This was my first time staying at the Four Seasons Austin since their renovations. I was extremely impressed. The upgrades to the hotel bar, restaurant, rooms and outdoor areas were beyond my expectations. The location is fantastic for proximity to the convention center. I love the location for the outdoor green space and access to walking by the water. Once again the Four Seasons delivered an exceptional experience!!

Overly expensive for a room with sirens going off every hour. Manhattan Psycho Atmosphere. Checkin was good. Nothing else.

Stayed here 2 nights for a conference event. Great facility and fantastic staff. I was impressed that the front desk staff provided some free items such as sunscreen that we had forgotten. Gym facility is more than adequate. Pool is a bit small for a resort type hotel, but it wasn't crowded. Great downtown location right on the river but also walking distance to restaurants and bars on 6th street

I love the stay

This is a decent hotel in decent shape, but nothing spectacular. The prices are inflated, but that’s not unusual these days. What was unusual and memorable, was that we had two iced teas in their lounge downstairs and were presented with the bill for $18. When I questioned the waiter, he said yes it’s nine dollars for an iced tea. I mentioned to the front desk that I don’t mind paying $1000 plus for a room. But I did mind paying nine dollars for an iced tea. That tells me this hotel has no respect for their clientele, and is shamelessly ripping them off. Shame on them. We won’t be back.

Everything during our stay was perfect. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Austin for an exceptional experience at every level. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed outside of my home. Every attention to detail was in place and every person welcomed us and showed the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. It was truly a perfect and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
