The Westin Pittsburgh

There was a loud noise at night, caused by the air conditioning unit. This has been complained about before.

The facility was absolutely beautiful and amazing and a perfect location. I only wish we researched the day we were coming as there were several events downtown, making it very difficult to drive but once we arrived, it was well worth it and the weight. We were a little unhappy about the amount that we paid and it didn’t include breakfast. I have stayed in lower budget, hotels and motels and always gotten breakfast and Phill that part was a little unfair.

Staff at the registration desk were friendly and accommodating! The room was a little dated, but everything was functional and it was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Just back from a business trip. Thank you hugely to the reception staff who easily moved me when I found my room overlooked the generators and were a little noisy. They gave me a great room 1925 at the end of the corridor, super peaceful. Also to the lovely lady who let me freshen up in the gym after my work day after I checked out when I was collecting my bags before my flight home. game changer for my trip home. The bar is a bills restaurant and I went there twice as I can’t stand eating in my room. Both times they had a live singer, and great staff, the menu is as expected, American type food served fresh and hot with upbeat staff. Some local restaurants within a 2 min walk or a short taxi to the strip area(not what it sounds) , I will try that next trip. Rooms were large, bathrooms clean, old school us style, defo need to replace the bath with shower over for a shower but as you expect. Room facilities great, endless water, coffee, pillow mist :-) My first trip to Pittsburgh and a good hotel in the city. Thank you to all the staff especially front desk.
