The Westin Pittsburgh

Love the Westin. Only argument is the price gouging during events. Great hotel but to charge $400-$600 per night is crazy.

Clean and good amenities

Bills Burger joint, in the lobby, was tasty. The room was comfortable and the view was great but things could have been a bit cleaner

Hotel was rundown and not worth the price. There was no pool but advertised as having a pool. It is connected to convention center but the connection was closed. Escalators were inoperable. Would not recommend.

This was my first time visiting Pittsburgh and I traveled here with my partner for her conference. Some of the front desk staff were rude upon trying to check in. Hotel was not as welcoming to her organization as they were more welcoming to the guest who appeared or seemed to be more wealthy than others. We were never able to park at the hotel garage as the attendant continued to say it was “full” but we literally saw him direct a handful of cars to the parking area after we were told that it was completely full. We had to park at the convention center parking garage the whole weekend which is a garage that you have to pay for that does not include in and out privileges. It just doesn’t make sense to me that you pay all this money for a hotel and can’t park at the hotel.

I would give this 10 out of 10 if they would only Put a microwave in the rooms

Out of all the places I have stayed at. I was comfortable and the room was clean. I was happy with the service we needed for our rooms. It was close enough to go places without having to use a car. In my free time, there were a lot of places I could go and visit. Great time.

Perfect location and great facilities!
