The Westin Pittsburgh

I was forced to cancel after the cancellation deadline and there was no opportunity for financial relief. Extremely frustrated that a one time exemption was not allowed.

Once I arrive to Westin front office informed me there is no room available for me. I paid month ahead and received confirmation emails. Also welcome email from hotel and Expedia on 4/4. Front office manager and his supervisor handle the situation very badly and they are so rude. No more Expedia bookings and disgrace to be a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Connected to the convention center was a plus due to the rain and cooler weather.

In town for an event at the convention center. Perfectly located with great amenities in the hotel so we never had to leave

Was in town for a conference and stayed 3 nights. The hotel feels old and out of date. The room had an empty water bottle under the ottoman. The slot for body wash on the bathroom tub wall was empty and there was no body wash. I doubt no cleaning was done before my stay. One of the clear plastic drapery wands was broken so I called the front desk to tell them. The technician came and replaced it with a shorter white wand that looks weird. When I said I didn’t want them to think that it was me who broke it, the technician said “don’t worry, that happens”, which sounded to me that I was lying.
