So hospitable

The hotel was very nice and a great location. Was a little disappointed when I reserved a king room and was not told at check in that I was given two queens instead. The makeup mirror light did not work and the body lotion bottle was full of water! Lol

Pros - (1) Clean and modern feel. (2) Spacious room and bathroom. (3) Close to a lot of places i need to be. (4) Lots of food options for room service. (5) Bill’s Bar and Burger with entrance at hotel’s lobby. Cons - for Marriott loyalist, quite a lot of disappointments. (1) If you are looking for hotel lounge that is common to Westin brand, this one disappoints cause it does not have one. 2) Upon checkin, i was asked to choose between 1000 points and breakfast. I asked what kind of breakfast it is and I was told it is just bagels. (3) free water is not even bottled.

The place to stay if going to the Convention Center, as the hotel is across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Valet and easy self (paid) parking. Friendly staff. What’s not to like? Smallish room, but reasonably well appointed. I’m not sure why, but I expected something fancier. Safe choice, recommended.

Great experience. Hotel staff was so nice and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent.

I liked the location because you can walk straight to the convention center without being in the cold

The bed was horrible, broken. It sloped so much your body wasn’t even flat. I’m not a big person. 5’5” 130 pounds and I sank so much. It was not a comfy mattress. It was like sleeping on a longe chair all night. Get new beds. You certainly charge enough per night to stay.

The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient to the convention center. I got the best sleep here and looking forward to coming back again.
