"Top class resort hotel with extensive dining choices"

We stayed here for a week as a couple looking to relax and recharge. As Diamond members we were upgraded from the pool suite booking to a 1Br pool villa - confirmed in advance, which is classy touch. In general this is an excellent hotel, modern and centred around differing swimming pools (I think we swam in 5 pools plus the villa pool……). Excellent room with plenty of space and storage and typical IHG King Bed. One comment is that the beach is a narrow strip and the main resort is set back behind a main road (access via tunnel for walking safely). It doesn’t bother us but might do some people - best have a look at room location in advance. Very good food and beverage choices including Thai at Jeras, Club Lounge and Sipping Tiger for evening cocktail - all very reasonable for the quality (Jeras being in the Michelin Guide). Staff were first class - shout out to our butler, Honey for help when wife unwell. Highly recommended and would return. Ps few good beach bars each side if you fancy a chain of scene (Shimmers and Cafe Del Mar) - though at a premium to the IHG.

"Pinto restaurant"

The service at Pinto Restaurant was exceptional from start to finish. Bee, Pui, Yui, Irene, and Kwan made every meal feel genuinely welcoming and personal. By the second day they already had our regular orders memorized, which spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care. Each of them was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Their hospitality elevated the entire dining experience and was a major reason we looked forward to returning every day.

Beach cross the road Construction nearby When we checked in there was note for another people We did not managed to book spa although requested reception two times. We come to This hotel to relax and spa but did not get it (they do not provide slots to resort guests). Checked out one day earlier to another hotel Thai boxing with Top was highlight of our stay.
