We spent 3 wonderful nights at the InterContinental Phuket Resort on Kamala Beach and it was the perfect start to our Phuket trip. The resort is stunning, beautiful grounds, gorgeous pools, and direct beach access. I want to give a special shoutout to Kevin and Mac at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to walk us through everything the resort had to offer. Their warm hospitality really set the tone for our entire stay. The property itself is top-notch, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the breakfast spread is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet luxurious. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Kevin and Mac for making our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. The setting between the beach and the lush hillside is stunning, and the whole property feels beautifully designed and very relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Nuch, Opor, Honey, Napha, Ja, Sophia and Pan in the Club Lounge were always extremely accommodating to every need. The service and food at Tengoku was outstanding from Mam and Ween. Service from Matty at The Pine was excellent and he went out of his way to personalise service. For extreme relaxation the day spa is well worth a visit. The quality of the treatment and skill of all staff were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and very elegant, the food was excellent, and the sunsets on Kamala Beach were unforgettable. A fantastic place to unwind — we’d happily return.

Intercontinental was our third hotel during an almost month-long family trip to Thailand. Previous two were theoretically more luxurious so I was "warning" my wife that Interconti might be a downgrade from what she experienced to date. But it surprised me very nicely...Everything was at a very good level. I wanted to give special credit to the staff, who were extremely thoughtful and helpful. I really felt comfortable in the atmosphere they were creating: no artificial submissiveness (which sometimes makes me feel awkward in some more luxurious resorts), just genuine helpfulness and kindness. The beach is fantastic. The rooms are very practical and comfortable. The only things that were not particularly impressive were swimming pools, but we did not need them a lot. I recommend the hotel.

Great experience! both service and hotel environment are amazing! Taking buggy cross tunnel underground is unforgettable. Especially Mac in Lounge, we appreciate his service. We really enjoy our stay!

Our stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort was exceptional from beginning to end. The property itself is stunning, well-designed and planned, integrated perfectly into the lush tropical surroundings. Our room was spacious, although a little bit more closet space would have been better. It was meticulously clean, with a modern vibe, and quite spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Our butler, Sun, was very polite and respectful. He registered us seamlessly, and his professionalism and genuine kindness made our stay memorable. His attention to detail was outstanding. He followed up with us to give him feedback about his recommendations for dining, etc. We also felt incredibly welcomed at the Club Lounge thanks to Opor. The whole staff provided a true formidable experience with warmth, attentiveness, and impeccable service throughout our visit. We took our breakfast there every day. The barista is an artist presenting beautiful designs in the foam of our cappuccinos. The food was amazing too! One of the highlights of our trip was the award-winning Sati Spa. The spa facilities are first class, peaceful, and beautifully curated. Kate, our therapist, provided one of the best massages we have ever experienced — incredibly skilled, caring, and relaxing. The culinary experience was impressive as well. Jaras Restaurant offered exquisite sustainable Thai cuisine with refined flavors and beautiful presentation. Although I am allergic to shellfish, I found dishes that represented the Thai cusine without posing a danger. The waitress was very helpful navigating through the menu. Unfortunately, even some poultry and pork dishes were marinated 24 hrs in advanced with oyster sauce (which might cause allergy due to contaminants in the industrial preparation). I would recomend the restaurant and alternative to marinating these non-shelffish proteins. Pinto restaurant featured an outstanding variety of high-quality international dishes for every taste. In summary, the InterContinental Phuket resort combines luxury, hospitality, wellness, and gastronomy at the highest level. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
