"A Truly Memorable Stay."

From the moment I drive in to the InterContinental phuket, I was impressed by every part of the service. I could feel the luxury and professionalhere. The staff were excellent from the moment I checked in—especially Khun Oil, who was very polite and gave very clear information about the hotel facilities. Breakfast at Pinto Restaurant was also a great experience. The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. They checked on us regularly and offered the special tea and coffee of the day. I will miss the InterContinental!

My first visit to Phuket has been truly memorable, as I came here to participate in the Nusacana cocktail competition held at InterContinental Phuket Kamala Beach. I arrived yesterday and wanted to explore the venue before the competition day. When I visited the hotel, I was genuinely impressed by how beautiful and spacious it is. As a visitor from out of town, I initially felt a bit nervous and unfamiliar with the surroundings. However, my experience quickly turned into something very special thanks to one of your front desk staff members, Kevin. He approached me with kindness, offered help, and gave excellent recommendations about the area. His warm personality and friendly conversation made me feel comfortable right away. Kevin’s hospitality truly made a difference in my first impression of Phuket and your hotel. I sincerely appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
