We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental in their two-room villa. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. One thing we really appreciated was how clean and well-maintained everything was — the rooms were absolutely spotless, and we had no issues at all with bugs or insects during our stay. The food was consistently excellent, with great quality and variety throughout our visit. A special thank you as well to Sophia, our concierge, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and lovely to deal with. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

"Wonderful stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort"

I had an amazing experience at InterContinental Phuket Resort. I would like to sincerely thank the staff for making my stay so memorable. First, Bonus at the front desk was extremely professional. He gave me a very detailed introduction to each outlet on the resort map, which helped me navigate the property effortlessly. At the Club Lounge, Sophia and Nuch were incredibly warm and welcoming. They made my time there truly enjoyable. Chatting with them made me feel completely at ease — I believe they are employees with genuine heart and soul. At Pinto restaurant, Manager Kao noticed that I liked the hotel’s logo, and he kindly arranged a coconut for me as a lovely surprise. Also, Bee was very attentive and hospitable throughout my meal. Last but not least, the hotel’s beach is absolutely beautiful — pristine sand and stunning views. Highly recommend this resort, and I can’t wait to come back!
