Outdated and old rooms. Looks like Construction was going on in Building 4

Close to the park and lots of parking!

A lot of non operating elevators doors to the outside don’t close all the way so really anyone could walk right in where the rooms are located

The beds very very comfortable

The ice machine; the ice water is definitely not filtered

We LOVE this hotel. By far our favorite budget hotel near disney. We love the affordability! the splash pad is perfect to get away from the parks but still let the kids have a good time. Pizza on site was fantastic and the walk to disney is fast and one of the more quieter relaxing walks to the parks.

The only thing I did not like is when I called to see if early check in was available the man on the phone was extremely rude from the moment he answered. He was very annoyed I didnt even get early check in and ended the call.

😬 This is the first impression when we arrived there. Though it is next to Disneyland gigantic parking lot you'd still have to walk around it so realistically it took us 15+ min from the hotel to Downtown disney, which wasn't bad. But it did feel different walking from somewhat a residentail area to the park. When we stayed at Courtyard marriott last month we had to walk about 10min to the Toy Story parking but you'd be walking near the Garden walk so it felt more safer? (in my opinion) The lobby looked ok, staff was friendly. Easy self-parking was a plus. Left our car next day to go to disneyland. Came back after 9pm or so to claim our car and went home. The receptionist said you can leave your car til midnight. (This might change in the future so ask beforehand) But once parked and into the building honestly it looked so dated. I thought maybe it'll change our mind once we get in the room but the same vibe continued unfortunately lol. My daughter thought Courtyard Marriott was fancy. This hotel definitely was not... She saw the tv in there and said "This is the tiniest tv I've ever seen " lol Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was lovely. I want their sheets and comforters. Bathroom - Super dated. I'm sorry but true. Kept clean but just dated. Loved all the Dove amenities though. Toilet flush was amazing but the shower water pressure was a big thumbs down. This alone is a deal breaker had I known beforehand. My biggest complaint in the room though was not the size of the tv but the brightness of the tv!! Omg it hurt my eyes. There was nothing on the tv or on the remote where you can adjust the brightness. It was so dark I had to squint my eyes to watch. HUGE thumbs down. Let your customers control the brightness!! I felt silly even complaining about it as it was close to midnight and we were only staying a night but man that was NOT okay. Rather big mini fridge +. Don't know why they had to place a coffee maker on top of the microwave though. Buy new cabinet that holds a coffee maker at the chest level. Older forks would not appreciate that. Our rate included the breakfast so it was free. It was just an okay buffet. The waffles were very dry. I'm a pancake girl so I was disappointed they didn't have pancakes but oh well it was free. But otherwise they haved pretty much everything from cereal to bacon to egg to potatoes. Again it was free with our rate so no complaints. If I had to pay that I'm not sure. Pool was small but okay. very warm. Though... the water looked cloudy and hazy. I swear I'm not a picky one but my daughter who loves hotel staying for the sole purpose of swimming did say the same. "It looked weird.. milky" Probably never going back but will be willing to try other Holiday Inn in the future. Again... LET THE CUSTOMER CONTROL THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE SCREEN!!

Everything was very good, but you need to pay a little attention to the showerheads, as they are clogged and very little water comes out.

The only reason I enjoyed the property was how close it was to Disneyland.

When I first got to check in, the person was not very welcoming. I did not like how the room I stayed in was not clean. I can see dirt in the bathrooms. Also, in the hallways pieces of the floorboard was falling off. I seen a man trying to get into the building, he was sitting outside with a smoking device charging and a bike. I called reception and they just hurried me and told me they’ll get someone out there. I seen the same guy still there a few hours later.
