Breakfast is good.

I didn't get any service on the second day. No garbage pickup, and no fresh towels. I don’t think they skipped my room by accident, because the water bottles I put on floor got picked, which can be redeemed for the deposit at any recycling place. I have to go to the front desk to get garbage bags and fresh towels myself at 11:30 pm. The front desk didn’t even have large garbage bags. They gave me some tiny bags the first time. I have to grab the garbage can there and show them what size of the bags I need. A customer in the lobby laughed when I did it.

Beds/pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to Disney (for adults). Walking distance to Mickey & friends parking lot to get the shuttle (with toddlers)

The building we stayed at had the door unlocked and easy to open for anyone. Had the card key pad but not sure if it was functioning. Felt a little unease knowing anyone without a card key could access the building but luckily we had no issues

I recently stayed at the IHG property located at 1240 S Walnut St, Anaheim, CA 92802. I was looking for an outlet that worked so I moved the cabinet from between the beds. When I tried to plug in my charger the other plug that powered the lamp fell out sparking vigorously when it did so. I was alarmed, my charger also fell out onto the floor. It was then that I saw that there was a lot of carbon scoring across the face of the outlet. The room they moved us into had an extension cord running along the floor to the AC Unit and the wall sockets were marginally better. The hallways were filthy and were not cleaned while we were there. The elevator that we would have used to go upstairs was out the entire lemgth of our stay. We had to schlepp 2 kids, bags and a stroller all across the building to get to our room. God forbid if there was an ELECTRICAL fire, we would not have been able to get out quickly. When I brought it up they did not seem at all concerned and moved us to another building. In that room the cord that ran the A/C was running along the floor and had an extension cord going to it. The bottom line is that we have stayed at this property many tiems and watched it go downhill. How IHG allows them to operate under their name is a mystery to me. They also co brand with Disney, and I'll be taking it up with also. The property is unsafe, it is filthy and the management are unresponsive. At checkout I asked to speak to someone regarding my concerns but the desk person was too wrapped up in surfing the web to pay any attention. Instead he directed me to drop the keys into the box. When I asked again he didn't even look up from his computer. Bottom line is that there are too many options to saty in this filthy dumpster, we will nto in the future for sure. And SHAME on IHG for doing nothing to help me out. All they did was tell me that they wer enot responsible and to talk to the property, gee thanks...
