Property was very convenient.. staff was friendly.. pillows were comfortable and it was a good value for the money.

I had booked a 2 queen room.. I felt encouraged to be OK with downgrading to a king.. only after questioning it, I was given credit to pay for parking…

Only cost.

Room was very outdated. Hallway ways had wallpaper peeling. Paid parking was expensive where other IHG don’t charge parking and no free breakfast as other IHG does. Very disappointing, no shuttle to park … not happy.

Facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly

Everyday we had to get our room keys re activated. After walking miles all day. Really didn’t want to fight with a key to get in the building or our room
