The 3 staff I witnessed who value company policy

Training staff to know the layout and check in was less than impressive. Being berated about the rate I paid and consistent issues with breakfast voucher. Staff needs a serious hospitality training, I was repeatedly told to figure it out myself with no direction. Keys need an upgraded system.

"Very bad hotel"

We are arriving at the hotel, I booked 1 suite with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. The room looks old and the worst part is that it only has 1 bathroom, we are 7 people and only 1 bathroom? It is not worth the price. It was the first and last time we came to this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT My IHG membership was useless for getting a good room Another point to say that this is the worst hotel in the area, they do not clean the room, even though they charge for the full room with cleaning service included. ONCE AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL SEND ALL THESE COMMENTS TO IHG
