The only thing good about this spot is that it’s close to Disney Land.

There was only one elevator and we were on the 5th floor during most times the elevator would be busy and take over 5 minutes minimum to come up. It’s over priced for what it is, but worst of all my key card for my room would constantly stop working. I would have to key getting a new one every night I was there.

It's very closed to Disneyland. Walking distance. Parking is great.

The front desk staff may benefit from additional customer service training. During interactions, they were observed to be unprofessional and not consistently welcoming or friendly, which may affect the overall experience of visitors.

The location of the hotel and how convenient it was to our plans

Problems with key cards every time. We were unable to get into our building at any hour. There were also bugs in our room.

Pros: The hotel was good for us since it was a 10 minute walk to the Disney parking garages where we could go through security and take the tram in to the parks. Front desk staff were polite. We were upgraded to a suite, so we had lots of space for us and our two kids. Microwave and fridge in the room were great so we could buy some breakfast items to eat before heading to Disney. Our boys liked the splash pad area on check in day. Cons: our room was not very clean. I don’t think anything more than a basic wipe down, sheet change, and quick vacuum have been done in this room for YEARS. There was a layer of dust/dirt that we could visibly see along all the baseboards and carpet edges. A deep clean of our room, and likely many others, is desperately needed. Overall the part of the hotel we were in seemed run down and dated. We really didn’t spend hardly any time in the hotel, and the beds and bathroom and kitchen were clean, so we just went with it. Lastly, every single day, house keeping gave us fewer and fewer bathroom towels. It was bizarre. We started with 4, then got 3, then 2 and no wash clothes or hand towels. We had to call every day for more towels to be sent up so we could shower before bed.

The lady at check in was super friendly! And super sweet had awesome work ethics and answered everyone of my questions with a smile and a yes ma am attitude! Made our stay enjoyable ❤️

Location and "Hotel" were pleasant and helpful as a whole. Maria was brilliant (restaurant).

Made to move rooms, yeah not good. Who wants to move pack up mid stay on their vacation?! Great idea. What else.. Bar staff. Not existent! Make your own bar rules up. Each member of staff bar/restaurant had their own different "rules"! Absolute joke. As above Maria is a credit and the rest need a course in customer service. Had multiple run ins with João. Found him very hard work not to be confused with hard working!! Charged every day whilst eating, perfect timing João! Bare in mind breakfast was prepaid. Told me one morning I was mistaken that I didn't have a cup of tea or hot chocolate the day before! You couldn't make it up. The worrying thing is I could go on and on. Bar closes at 9pm. Room extremely dark.
