My coffee maker and my TV was not working. I called the front desk and they were not munch help .

It was relatively close to Disneyland Park . The breakfast was perfect . The staff very nice and help you every time. Está relativamente cerca del Parque de Disneylandia. El desayuno estuvo excelente y es uno de los más completos que he visto en los hoteles que me he quedado ( suelo viajar mucho) el personal muy atento y tratan de ayudar en todo momento . Emilio en el Restaurante fue excelente durante nuestra estadía y Cecilia en recepción fue excepcional. Muy cómodo . En resumen estuvo bien pero el establecimiento es muy caro .

Has to be remodeled and repainted . In some areas the paint was in bad condition. There was a baby crib in the hallway and stayed there at least during the 5 days I was at the hotel . The garden needs TLC . Necesita urgentemente que repinten las áreas frente a los ascensores en el efificio 3 . La pintura estaba desprendida de las paredes. Hubo una cuna de bebe en el pasillo durante los 5 días que estuve alojada. Creo que el jardín debe ser mejor cuidado .

If I could rate this hotel zero stars I would. I’m visiting from the SF Bay Area and attending a wedding this weekend. I had booked two nights in advance and the reservation was fully paid. Today, I caught some traffic on the I-5, so I called the hotel and explained I would be doing a late check-in. The lady on the phone said no problem as long as I checked in before 2am. After a long 8hr drive, I walked up to the front desk and was casually told that the hotel could not accommodate my reservation (sorry!). No explanation provided. I pressed the guy at the front desk and he gives me some bs excuse that they were short staffed and the room just wasn’t ready. No one mentioned anything when I called earlier. I have an IHG membership but no attempt was made to find alternative accommodation at any of the many sister hotels from this chain in the vicinity. I contacted customer care but (unsurprisingly) they were equally incompetent and unable to provide accommodation options despite confirming availability at their other properties. Instead, I was offered a half-assed apology and some complimentary reward points (-_-), which they seem to think is an appropriate solution for a family traveling with kids that was effectively left stranded in the middle of the night. I will never book with Holiday Inn or any IHG partners again.

Very close to Disneyland, great breakfast and the pool and splash pad were great additions for thw kids
