The rooms are really old. Can really use renovation and I hope that they will one day. One of those very few holidays that the church of Support parking lot and also no breakfast I didn’t read before I booked so I guess that’s kind ofmy fault. To the credit, the employees are great I love them. They are very friendly and I think they work really hard. I saw a lady cleaning the hallway late at night because customers that were using thepools were not mindful. Again, you have an amazing employees in this facility.

"A magical stay,"

Our room was very clean and the staff were very attentive. We had breakfast at the restaurant once during our visit and it was quite nice. Plenty of options and delicious.

The location is amazing, near Disney. The staff was amazing.

We arrived at 3 am with my two kids and the person in charge mentioned we could not check-in at that time because the system was not working. We had to wait 25 minutes. The hotel looks old.
