"Don't stay here!"

This hotel is very old, but wouldn't really be a problem, but it is badly in need to remodeling and repair. Two of the three elevators were not working during our stay. The staff was using the elevators for their supplies and equipment, so you could not use the elevator at all during check in our check out times. Also, supplies (coffee and towels) were not replenished at all during our stay. Also, you should keep in mind that you are not able to cancel your reservation, even if you did so because their elevators were not working.

"Overall good experience"

Overall good experience. Slept well on comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Plenty of room and we had a kitchen as well. Staff was helpful. No air conditioning but there are fans in the room that we used for comfortable stay. Cons: we had a rental car and were concerned with the limited parking behind the hotel. As it turned out we always found a space. People cant seem to park between the lines and I suspect that some cars there aren't staying at the hotel. Bathroom toilet flush is extremely loud. You could flush a spruce tree with little problem. The windows could use a clean. The hotel is old and the atmosphere is dark. All in all, we had a good stay. Close to town and you can walk to everything easily.

The food in the restaurant was pretty good and the staff was friendly. It is in a very central location. However the rooms have no AC only fans. The rooms were very hot. Our bathrooms was flooded and overflowed into the hall. It had a pipe leak.

We liked the historical aspect of the hotel and access to the historical downtown. Property is showing its age but still comfortable. No a/c in room but with the fan it was fine

The hotel is older, but very comfortable. Improvements were made since we were here a year ago. Dining room was nice for breakfast x2. I would happily stay there again. It's nice to have the food trucks next door!
