Didn’t know breakfast was available. I could have used some coffee.

There was no Lipton tea , just chamomile.

It basically served its purpose.

We are from PA. My son is working in Denali for the summer. We booked for my son and husband to stay upon landing. We called and updated booking to include my in-laws before arrival. It took them 30 min to “find” us with our names and confirmation number. Then after updating and adding my in-laws names to the reservation they would not allow them (in-laws) to check in before my husband arrived. Upon arrival/check in. The tv and coffee maker did not work. In addition, this had to be the unfriendliest group of people ever encountered in hospitality.

Hice el reclamo en la página Booking, que fue donde hice la reserva , no me solucionó nada me hicieron el cobro no me facturaron obvio porque no me quedé no obstante luego me cobraron 374,912.45 pesos de un IVA de una factura que nunca me hicieron y no me responde ni el alojamiento ni Booking tampoco. ambos muy mal decepcionante

The restaurant

I found the interaction with the gentleman working the front around 310pm on the 3rd to be lacking the hospitality and friendliness I expected from this establishment. The tone of the interaction felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which significantly impacted my first impression of the stay. The elevator was also extremely sketchy. ​I believe that consistent, professional service is key to the guest experience, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future staff training

The hotel definitely needs updating. The nice thing is the beds do come covered in somebody else's Short hairs, eyelashes, mascara and a few long hair so you don't have to worry about getting your hair everywhere . And they clearly change the sheets every third or fourth guest. That's three rooms in a row with hair along the bed. The carpets smell like they're from the '70s. The TV is a small 19-in monitor for a computer. Even motel 6 has a microwave in the room. Not quite The Hilton diamond experience I expect, I guess I am in Fairbanks so I shouldn't expect much. The restaurant is absolute garbage. Don't waste your time even if you are a diamond member and you get a $15 voucher. I gave the vouchers back to the front desk. The restaurant is Definitely not even worth your time. There's nothing on the menu under $25. The food is terrible. Salmon eggs benedict is not supposed to have an ultra processed fake salmon Patty. This is Alaska. You can't find a piece of salmon to put on your eggs Benedict??? And then a turkey sandwich for lunch with one tiny piece of ultra processed garbage turkey?? WTF. I was wondering could you please leave my cheeseburger on the grill another hour? Maybe two? It's not quite burnt to death yet but pretty close.
