The Condado Plaza Hotel

The location was perfect. The pools and beach are were clean and there was always plenty of seating. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room set up was odd. Coffee and mini fridge are in the bathroom… The room though was clean and very comfortable.

Uber Eats Pick up area needs to be proper identified so we driver have less security arguments.

The location is great, and the pools/beach access is nice.

The cleaning is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. We stayed from May 29th-June 5th. We never had our shower cleaned, we never had the toilet cleaned. There wasn’t even a toilet brush for us to do it ourselves if we wanted to. The sink of the bathroom was cleaned only once. The sheets weren’t changed, I had to ask them for clean sheets and they brought it up. When they made the bed it wasn’t made properly. We would have the cleaning staff knocking on the door wanting to come in multiple times. We would let them know when we’re leaving but would feel a sense of urgency to get out of the room for the cleaning. But the cleaning is nothing, all they do is mop. Except yesterday. Yesterday on June 4th. We received ZERO CLEANING. We got a knock on our door at 10, told the cleaning lady we would be leaving at 11. Left around 11, and came back around 540pm. We saw no one came back to clean. Floors and bathroom dirty, bed wasn’t made. Nothing was organized. We never had our things organized or the room dusted. Overall the cleaning is a 0 out of 10. Because there wasn’t much cleaning that was done, and there were days with no cleaning at all. The glass in the shower wasn’t even cleaned at all. Once, they did take some of the empty shampoo and soap bottles out. But there were days we didn’t even get those hygiene samples. Unfortunately, I will be back to PR but I don’t think I can stay at this hotel. It is also very outdated for the insane price and lack of cleaning that we had. Even the walls were dirty. We also only received new towels once. And majority of the time they would leave us dirty towels.

Tuve novedad al ingreso el check in dice que es a las 4 pero no estaba lista la habitación a esa hora, la habitación estaba sucia, la reserva decía que tenía derecho a desayuno pero no lo tuvimos y tuvimos un problema de seguridad, intimidación y Xenofobia por parte otra huésped y el personal de seguridad actuó de manera pasiva y en favor de la agresora
