The Condado Plaza Hotel

I checked into room 530. Unfortunately, I’m was bit disappointed with the condition of the room. There appeared to be dirt on the door and walls, hair on the floor, and the curtains were broken. As a travel advisor, I was hoping to do a room tour and showcase the property positively, but in its current condition the room was below expectations. The only pro was the ocean front view.

The staff was great was always checking on our stay the pool was amazing the music was the best the DJ cater to all genres the bar staff were very friendly and made the best drinks all our concerns were taken care immediately even gave us a voucher we had a great breakfast on them I loved that.

The pluses for this hotel… great location, salt water pool, private beach access, on site rental car agency, spacious rooms, wonderful view from the balcony room 740 The minuses. Nasty, dirty furniture… stains on couch that look like from unthinkable actions, moldy shower, ocean view blocked by cloudy windows and doors. Texted, called and went to the front desk regarding issues in the room and was told, “we’re going through a remodel and all the furniture looks like that, but we’ll send housekeeping up to your room.” House keeping never showed up. I expect much more from the Hilton brand!

Everything was beautiful and in walking distance. Waking up to the beautiful beach was amazing

Liked the pool and beach area and the location of the hotel. Hotel and the rooms were dated and need a bit of refresh.

One of the two main passenger elevators was out of service for our entire stay. On the weekend of our stay when the hotel was full the wait time for an elevator was a excessive.
