"High price and very poor condition-find another hotel"

This hotel is in very poor condition and is insanely overpriced for what it offers. Most of the outdoor decks were closed off because the railings are falling apart, the chairs at the pool were ripped, the couches and chairs on the decks were ripped and sagging, there is rust and wood rot all over the exterior. We were expecting a traditional beach, as advertised. The public beach is adjacent to the hotel, next to a busy road, has trash all over the sand, and is perhaps the size of half a basketball court. The lounge chairs on the beach were falling apart and roped off every time we were there so we couldn't use them. The restaurants are across the street at the Garden Inn. The closet and coffee station/minifridge are in the bathroom. The lobby is nice and updated. Do not come to this hotel expecting a resort, or even a pleasant, experience.

"Dissapointed"

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before our cruise. The Condado Plaza Hotel is under the Hilton Name. We thought Hilton upheld a Standard.. Very dissapointed in our stay. We paid a lot of money for our rooms... The rooms did not feel clean, floor was sticky. Our room was missing a sofa so no where to sit. Bathroom needed maintence attention. The lobby coffee bar opened 30 minutes late. The young girl working needed help, she seemed lost at making coffee and ringing up our order. We left and went to Starbucks. I would not recommend this hotel...

AMAZING. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Easy access to activities in the area with a great private beach right outside the hotel. If I could give any recommendations to anyone it would be "ask for Daisy" at the bar. She was AMAZING! Great place to stay, a very accessible area to go on excursions in the old town or even outside the city.
