I had an amazing stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Both the Condado Plaza by Hilton and the Hilton Garden Inn offer incredible quality, with attentive and welcoming staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. This time I stayed in a renovated room, and what a beautiful space, modern, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The views from the rooms and common areas are absolutely breathtaking, whether it’s the sparkling ocean, the city skyline, or the sunsets. The staff were an absolute highlight, so professional and friendly. Special thanks to Kimberly at Reception, Kimberly at the Pool, and the smile of the hotel, Mr. Cesar Camacho, truly the best! Also, the best Piña Colada in San Juan ! I highly recommend both the Condado Plaza by Hilton and the Hilton Garden Inn for anyone looking for top-notch service and unforgettable scenery. "Great, easy hotel"

Fifth time staying at this property. We love the pool area. This hotel is easy. No long walks to get anywhere on property. Staff for the most part is very friendly. Gretchen in pool bar area always super friendly/professional. 10 minute walk to dozens of amazing restaurants. This is a no frills establishment but is charming and we look forward to returning.

"Nice hotel lots of potential"

Went with my friend for the week. The staff was nice. Ismael was rememberable. Easy commute to video San Juan, T-Mobile. Calle Serra, playcita. Good location. The elevators were weird but eventually you get to your floor. Couldn't see the floor you pressed and Didn't stop and went up and down a lot . And a little loud at night. Overall good property. Good music at the pool. The pool was closed 2 days for cleaning during peak times 12-3 which is nuts but just went to beach.
