Place is dirty

The front desk staff was pleasant also the ones on the floor.

I was so disappointed because I asked for a none smoking room however the second night I was choking from smoke coming into my room.Also I had to call and ask why in front of my door way was so dirty and didn't vacuum.I think they should have the person's that smoke at one end of the hall and the none smoking at the other end that way it doesn't affect persons like me that doesn't smoke. Also the doors need to be fixed that when ever anyone comes out the door doesn't slam and make that loud noise like prison door shutting it's disturbing and disgusting. I went there to have a piece full time but I didn't.

The staff were amazing. We booked last minute and they were amazing to deal with! Anything we needed they had!

Cost

The property was under renovation. The front desk was plywood and drywall, as was the breakfast area. The breakfast was non existent and consisted of a pot of coffee. Hallways were dirty and full of construction equipment And construction materials. The outside was deplorable, the grass was uncut and the renovation by the front door unfinished none of this was mentioned on the website before we booked. Staff was very pleasant and apologetic. I certainly would expect some kind of adjustment to what we paid for this room.

Convenient to the area we was needing. It was clean minus the remodel that was going on the room was clean and smelled better than the last motel we stayed at staff was friendly the only down fall I had was I booked this reservation through booking.com paid with my card ahead of time when I got to the property they didn’t have no record of the reservation and was charged a second time so as of right now my take away in this whole situation is I’m going to just pay at the property next time to keep from being double charged now I’m fighting booking to be reimbursed for the room that they charged me and the reservation never came through

The remodel and things laying around

The room size was good. Everything seemed pretty clean.

I've been staying at that location the last weekend of April, for the past 4 years. Every time I stay, the smell of Marijuana lingers constantly, which gives me bad headaches.
