Location. Right next door to Reins Deli! Clean.

In the middle of rehabbing property. . Using cheap materials. Unable to turn on heater. We were very cold all night.

I would list this under “you get what you pay for.” For the rate I paid, one should not expect anything fancy, or niceties like breakfast or an elevator. At the moment, the entryway and front desk area are under renovation, so first impressions should be set aside. Because stairs are problematic with a suitcase, I booked an “accessible” room on the first floor. (As I find most places, if I were in a wheelchair I’d be out of luck in an “accessibile” room. They definitely don’t meet ADA guidelines.) But for a clean, tidy, roomy place to spend a night, it was perfect. Friendly people. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, chair, nice (though very high!) bed, functioning bathroom with good towels. All I needed. (What’s with the very high beds nowadays??)

Easy access and clean.

No breakfast. It was very quiet and not too many guests. Staff was plesant and helpful.

Toilet re filled VERY slowly. Tub didn't look to clean. Lobby was being up dated. Phone in room had a red light that kept flashing all night.

The size of room

They didn't give me a room key said key machine was down at time of check in. It would be ready in an hour. Didn't have a room key for my stay and was charged a key deposit for no reason. The staff gave attitude every time I asked to have my room opened. I will not ever stay there again.
