Residence Inn by Marriott Amarillo

Overall a very good stay. The room itself was great but the outside and hallways need attention. Cigarette butts littered the front entrance and one hallway's walls was smashed. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely rec5and use again.

Great green beltway to walk dog and let him run. Access to highway and west side of town. Access to good steak house. Outback yum.

The place is run down. Our carpet was torn in spots. Fireplace didn't wrk. Didn't need it.. Pool and hot tub were closed to be redone and there was nothing about that on the booking so we went really excited to sit in a hot tub for a bit, and were very disappointed when we got to the hotel to learn about the pool. To me that's false advertising to not say that the pools closed on the website. The beds were really comfortable. the place just needs alot of refurbishment. when we got in the room 1 bathroom was missing a light, I will say it got fixed pretty fast, overall the staff was amazing, great attitude, and very helpful when the keys to our door stopped working 3 times.
