The restaurant was open and had good breakfast.

Our room only had a couple free outlets, the tv was positioned strangely so that we had to crane our necks to see it from the bed, and the door to the bathroom was so wide it was hard to go in and out because it would nearly hit the sink. We booked because we thought there was a watermark but found out after booking that it was closed for renovations and when we arrived to check in, we found out the bar was closed due to it being painted.

I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this property to others. My family, along with two other families, planned a weekend stay beginning February 13 in one of their condominiums. The accommodations were not inexpensive, but we felt the cost was justified so our children could enjoy the on-site waterpark. We planned this trip months in advance and were genuinely looking forward to it. Prior to arrival, we called to confirm our check-in and were told everything was in order. However, upon entering the condo, we found several concerning issues: missing smoke detectors, worn and deteriorating couches, a ceiling fan that appeared to be detaching from the ceiling, and no working internet service despite it being advertised. While these conditions were disappointing given the price, we tried to overlook them since our primary reason for booking was access to the waterpark. The following morning, our children were excited to go swimming. When we called to confirm the waterpark’s opening time, we were informed that it was closed indefinitely. We had received no prior notice—neither during our pre-arrival call nor at check-in—that the waterpark would be unavailable. This was extremely upsetting, especially for the children, and completely undermined the purpose of our trip. We requested to speak with a manager, as most guests would in this situation. We were told the manager was unavailable but would contact us later that day. We did not receive a call. The next day, we were informed that the manager would be out until the following Tuesday and was the only person authorized to address our concerns or issue a refund. We left our names and phone numbers, but again, we received no follow-up. Subsequent calls resulted in the same response, with no resolution. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing due to both the condition of the accommodations and the lack of communication and customer service. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.

It has not been maintained. We booked to take our kids to the waterpark but they closed it due to maintenance.

Outdated, overpriced and not very clean. Pool and hot tub were gross and hot tub jets barely worked. Nothing was ever stocked (eg pool towels). Water park was closed for the whole holiday weekend and hotel did nothing to compensate.

Alot of slamming doors

The location is convenient for where we were. The general area is nice.

The hotel/resort looks very tired and like no one cares to spruce it up again. Rotting wood on the building & grounds, amenities were not as promised, restaurant was a confusing place with limited staff and offerings, room balconies were dirty, poor communication from staff, wet carpet, rusty water, a toilet that ran all the time -- where to begin? The service was so bad we went to eat elsewhere in the area.
