We were on the fourth floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the roof till about 10pm. Possibly aircon units?

Noises from the air conditioning/heating in your room and from the neighbor too The window insulation, noise and air The breakfast buffet! Late checkout option expensive!

Good location and a good breakfeast Perfect for anyone going to watch the rugby as it’s a 10 minute walk from the ground and is basically on the waterfront

They gave me a room key for a room already occupied so when I walked in I disturbed a amorous couple. Don’t give me a good feeling as a solo female traveller. The reception were very apologetic though.

The accommodation, the room was very nice, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is ideal. I asked for a quiet room and even though the hotel was probably quite full, I got the room I wanted. Thank you. Cleaning, water in the room, evening service, everything was great. This time we paid extra for a better room and the difference compared to the last visit is noticeable. I recommend staying in a better category.

Hotel has improved a lot and rooms and staff are excellent and also great value one and only issue I have is checkout is 10am that is too early in my opinion
