We received such a warm welcome upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Munty was a delight to meet adding a personal touch that made us feel immediately at home. The staff overall are so friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a restful night. The location is excellent ✨ right at the V&A Waterfront, making it perfect for exploring shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety to suit all tastes. Hospitality in Cape Town is truly the best, and The Portswood Hotel exemplifies it perfectly.

Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Frische Omeletten werden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Zentrale Lage - nähe zu Waterfront. Grosse und bequeme Betten.

Lärmbelästigung von der Hauptstrasse; Fenster schliessen nicht wirklich gut. Dafür überdeckt der Lärm der Klimaanlage die wechselnden Geräusche des Verkehrs vor dem Hotel.
