"Great location!"

This hotel is in a fantastic hotel for tourists, right on the V&A waterfront. Staff are very attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with nicely themed decor. Rooms are a little bit old fashioned, but are comfortable nonetheless. My room had a great view of the waterfront. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again the next time I visit Cape Town!

Great location near the V and A seafront with all shops and attractions. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds very comfortable.Food was delicious but a restricted menu.

We received such a warm welcome upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Munty was a delight to meet adding a personal touch that made us feel immediately at home. The staff overall are so friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a restful night. The location is excellent ✨ right at the V&A Waterfront, making it perfect for exploring shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety to suit all tastes. Hospitality in Cape Town is truly the best, and The Portswood Hotel exemplifies it perfectly.
