Loved the rooms, lobby and easy access to Disneyland

This location was fine up until the front desk staff provided my ex boyfriend with my room number and gave him two keys to my room after calling my room and I did not answer. He was not on my reservation. Extreme safety concern. They did say they’d refund my stay. Which I have not received yet. But their overlook and general disregard for my safety ruined my one day trip to Disneyland. I did not even get to enjoy the parks Or the entire reason for my stay due To their overlook and untrained staff.

Overall, the hotel is nice. However, we went during a VERY BUSY dance convention and their parking lot is under construction. If you are going in May 2026, be aware that the parking situation is terrible. No valet available because it was full. Very difficult to self park. Also, the bathroom in our room had a terrible odor that was sickening. I contacted the hotel and was told it was fixed. It was not. I was not impressed by this hotel and would choose somewhere else to stay in the future.

Nice property! Good location, yummy food, clean room, friendly staff...would definitely stay here again. Planning to take my family with me next summer for a trip to Disney.

I asked for no room service, but they came into my room every day and move my items, the garbage can and others around which made it difficult for me as a disabled person. When I asked for extra time to check out because I needed to wait for someone to help me move my bags, they did not offer to help and restated their check out time policy. The lobby is huge and completely covered with hard tile that made it difficult for me to get around and get assistance. The bathroom was in need of repair. The space was drab.

Overall experience is good. The only thing to complain is the air condition noise is loud even it is at low speed mode. I have to turn it off when I am sleeping.
