Was in town for concert. Hotel was within walking distance from FedExForum. Our room was huge.

Insane amount of outside road noise. Was clean, however could use a little bit of maintenance. Nothing major overall was a pleasant. Was a little pricey. However, if we would’ve stayed further away with an Uber to, and from our event, we had probably spent more.

Everything! All of the staff were extremely friendly. Valet let us leave our car there after we checked out to enjoy the Memphis Redbirds baseball game. The restaurant food was great! Late night at the bar was very knowledgeable and friendly! We really enjoyed it!

They had me on the 10th floor no microwave or fridge in the room and it was extremely hot going to our room as soon as we were off the elevator. I thought i was outside.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of noise from traffic late at night.
