The entrance area was inviting. The property appeared to be updated & taken care of in most areas of the hotel establishment.

One issue I experienced is the parking lot entrance location. It can be a bit tricky exiting onto the main road. Also, unsure if there may be a ph issue, cleanliness and or just a facelift needed for the hot tub area. It looked dingy and discolored when I entered the pool area to just take a look. Something to look into to minimize further damage to property & longer downtime if neglected.

I liked that the room was modern & clean.

The fan in the room was extremely loud and kept waking us up throughout the night so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. We were not able to turn the fan off. It would stay in Auto mode.

Nothing. Booked a room and paid for it and didn't have a room for me. Never got my money back

I booked a room online and paid for it online. Got to the hotel and they saw my booking but didn't have a room for me even though it showed there was a room reserved. Asked for my money back and were not able to do so. Lost $105. Very upset.

Location

It is not advertised that is is undergoing renovations (if that's what was going on) there was a strong paint smell through out the floor. Just looked like the hotel was mid set up and shouldn't have been open. Ice makers didn't work, went to multiple floors and they were not in service.
