The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Upon getting to our room it was just a king and we had booked a room with 2 beds. So immediately had to move. I will not book through a 3rd party again like booking.com because the staff says this happens all the time and at least they had the availability for us to switch rooms. There was water leaking from above the door frame of the new room. The surroundings of the pool were dirty. It wasn't clear on booking that it wasnt a continental breakfast. You had to order it. The staff that you placed your order with was rude. Basically the 2 women that worked the front desk but the man that worked the front desk and the guy you placed your breakfast order with were rude.

Ada met me at the entrance, she could see that I was struggling with my walker and the suitcase I was trying manipulate. She had a big smile and offered to assist me with my suitcase. Ada checked me in and then, because they were not busy, also offered to take my suitcase to my room, which was right down the hall. She was so friendly and helpful! Checking out the manager, cannot remember her name, was very helpful and also offered to take my suitcase to my car, which was right outside. Great customer service! The bed was very comfortable!
